Statement Regarding Ongoing Defamatory Activities
BNP FINNEST HOLDINGS LTD wishes to inform its clients, business associates, financial institutions, partners, and the general public that, over the past nine to ten months, our Founder and Chairman, Dr. Biswanath Patnaik, together with members of his family and the companies associated with him, have been the subject of what we believe to be a coordinated campaign of malicious online attacks.
These activities have allegedly included the creation of fake social media profiles, fraudulent websites, misleading online publications, and other defamatory content intended to damage the personal and professional reputation of Dr. Patnaik and the organizations with which he is associated. We believe these actions have been undertaken by individuals or groups operating from multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE, the United Kingdom, and Poland.
It is our position that these actions are designed to mislead the public, interfere with legitimate business activities, and exert improper pressure through reputational harm.
We wish to assure all stakeholders that appropriate legal, forensic, and investigative measures have been initiated with the relevant authorities and professional advisers to identify those responsible. All available legal remedies will be pursued against any individual or entity found to have participated directly or indirectly in the creation, publication, dissemination, or promotion of false and defamatory material.
Dr. Biswanath Patnaik has conducted business for more than two decades with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and professional responsibility. Throughout his career, he has maintained long-standing relationships with business partners, financial institutions, and clients based on trust and ethical business practices.
No campaign of misinformation, defamation, or malicious harassment will deter our Chairman or our organization from continuing to conduct legitimate business, pursue growth opportunities, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
We respectfully request that members of the public, media organizations, business partners, and financial institutions refrain from relying upon anonymous websites, fake social media accounts, or unverified online publications and instead verify information through official communication channels.
This notice is issued to protect the interests of our Chairman, our companies, our stakeholders, and the integrity of our ongoing business operations. We reserve all legal rights and remedies available under applicable laws.
